Robert Wechsler, Chief Executive Officer - Robert has served as co-founder and chief executive officer of Century Payments since its inception in 2006. Robert has extensive experience as a serial entrepreneur and a proven track record of raising capital, initial public offerings and creating wealth building companies.
For five years prior to founding Century Payments, Robert served as executive vice president of global sales and service for Chase Paymentech and its predecessor Chase Merchant Services. In working with the largest transaction processor in the world with over 1M customers and $650 Billion in processing volume, Robert had the responsibility for global sales, partner programs and relationship management. Robert built and oversaw partnerships with most global industry leading companies like Amazon, Google, Dell, eBay, Apple, Burger King, US Airways, Southwest Airlines, Marriott, Hyatt, Wal*Mart, Lowes, The Home Depot, Sears and others. Prior to joining Chase Paymentech, Robert served as vice president of North America business development for Schlumberger (NYSE: SLB) after its acquisition of Convergent Group (NASDAQ: CVGP). Prior to the sale of Convergent Group to Schlumberger, Robert served as its executive vice president of global sales. In this capacity, Robert played an integral role in the Initial Public Offering as well as the subsequent sale to Schlumberger. Prior to Convergent Group, Robert co-founded Link2Gov Corporation, a leading provider of electronic payments to federal, state and local governments. Link2Gov was subsequently sold to Metavante. Prior to founding Link2Gov, Robert served as an attorney with the prestigious law firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP.
Eric Frazier, Co-Founder and EVP Corporate Development - Eric Frazier relies on 20 years of experience in a variety of leadership positions in the financial services, government, consulting and systems integration industries. Eric provides Century and the marketplace with thought leadership and creativity which drives innovative strategies and solutions for customers, partners and Century. As senior vice president in global sales for Chase Paymentech, he was responsible for sales and business development for the company's proprietary multi-channel platform, as well as global national and middle market retail, travel and entertainment, card-not-present and emerging markets. Prior to that he served as senior vice president, national and middle market sales for the former Chase Merchant Services, where he was responsible for national and middle market sales.
Prior to joining Chase Merchant Services in 2002, Eric served as senior vice president of government sales for Schlumberger, senior vice president of North American sales and marketing for Convergent Group Corp. and chief financial officer for the city of Columbus mayor's department.
Patricia Keller, CFO & Chief Revenue Officer – Patricia currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Century Payments. Her responsibilities are to enhance and grow the Century Payments portfolios in conjunction with an eye towards acquisitions. Patricia has more than 20 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry.
Prior to joining Century Payments, Patricia served as Chief Financial Officer and Co-Founder of Capital Payments, LLC. She was responsible for creating the business plan that was initially funded by a private equity fund, to create a de novo acquiring business focused upon a “Trusted Advisor Referral Model.” Patricia’s four-year tenure was highlighted by three significant slide-in acquisitions and several additional rounds of capital raises. Before creating her own firm, Patricia was the CFO and CCO of Chase Merchant Services LLC (CMS), a wholly owned LLC partnership between First Data Corporation and JPM Chase Bank. As the number one merchant acquirer in the United States, CMS processed more than $400 Billion in over five billion transactions in 2005 for more than 300,000 merchant entities. During her five-year tenure, the business more than doubled EBITDA, growing from $80 Million to $170 Million, with no major losses or significant audit findings. Patricia was also named senior member of the joint credit card association forum, which created PCI guidelines for merchants, card processors and card issuers. Prior to joining CMS, Patricia spent 13 years at Citigroup where she filled several positions over the course of her time there including Treasurer, Vice President of Strategic Planning at the Private Label Credit Card Division, US Controller for Citicorp’s Business (V/MC), and CFO for the start-up Merchant Services Business.
Patricia received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from Dowling College.
Kristen Scott, Chief People Officer — Kristen Scott brings nearly 20 years of human resources experience to Century Payments with 12 of that in the payments industry. Most recently she was the group executive for human resources with Chase Paymentech overseeing all aspects of the H.R. function including payroll, benefits, compensation, employee relations, and recruiting. Her experience includes leading the H.R. teams through acquisitions, divestitures, rapid growth, international expansion, and a joint venture separation along with experience in a public company, an independently run private joint venture and a wholly owned subsidiary of a bank.
Ms. Scott received her executive M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and her B.B.A. from Texas A&M University – Commerce where her major was human resources. She resides in Coppell, Texas, with her husband and three daughters.
Garima Shah, Senior Vice President, Reliable Solutions - Garima Shah oversees and manages Reliable Solutions, the indirect sales division of Century Payments. Reliable Solutions provides superior compensation and sales support for MLS agents, Agent Offices, and Registered ISOs nationwide. Ms. Shah is committed to helping each and every Agent/ISO grow their business; she continues to enhance the company's offerings in order to increase their bottom-line.
Ms. Shah has extensive experience in the payment processing industry as an award-winning sales executive. Prior to joining the Century team, Ms. Shah ran several acquisition channels as a senior executive at Merchant Processing Services in New York. In this role, she managed referral partnerships, MLS agents, VAR relations and a direct sales team. Prior to that, Ms. Shah served as a Regional Vice President with Payment Alliance International. She was responsible for developing a direct sales team from the ground up. In this position, she received the President's Club and Top Leadership award for outstanding performance several years consecutively.
Ms. Shah received her Bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Boston University and an Executive MBA at Rollins College. She currently resides in sunny Orlando, Florida.
Jovino Velazquez, EVP Strategic Partners - Jovino is currently the executive vice president of strategic partners. Jovino leads the co-branded strategic partnership with Radiant Payment Systems with a national emphasis on restaurant verticals. He is leading future opportunities in the organization with strategic partnerships and highly skilled sales representatives.
Prior to joining Century Payments, Jovino served as senior vice president of regional sales for First Data. While at First Data, he was top revenue producer in 2008 with $3.6 million in total revenue generated in launching the most successful start-up bank alliance. He also served as vice president of sales and sales director from 2006-2007, as well as territory manager in 2005 as top revenue producer for the year. He was honored with the Presidents Club award in 2007 and 2008, Sales Select Club award in 2005 and 2006, and Fourth Quarter Top Revenue Producer in 2006. As a part of his continuous emphasis on mentorship to peers, Jovino also served as a member of the Leadership Mentorship program in 2007.
Christopher Justice, President - Chris currently serves as President of Century Payments. He is responsible for driving all aspects of the firm’s business strategy, customer acquisition, customer conversion and retention, finance and analytics, operations and processes. He has nearly two decades of experience leading high performing sales teams acquiring major customers, including Walmart, Best Buy, Dillards, Office Depot, Shell, BP, and many others.
Most recently, Chris was President, North American at Ingenico, a leading provider of payment solutions. Prior to Ingenico, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Merchant Link, an electronic payments gateway and services organization. He has also held other executive positions in the electronic payment industry, including Senior Vice President of First Data, where he led the National Accounts group for various banking relationships, such as CitiBank and SunTrust where he delivered electronic payment services to national and medium-sized businesses. He was also Vice President of National Accounts for Concord EFS, one of the country’s top electronic payments processors and a First Data acquisition.
Chris serves as the founding member of Retail Solution Provider Association’s PCI committee and is a frequent industry speaker. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Tennessee.
Tom Bannon, Chief Operating Officer - Tom currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Century Payments. He is responsible for driving the development and efficiency of the firm’s business, technology, and service operations. Tom has over 25 years experience and is an industry expert with a passion for process improvement, operations, logistics, and IT.
Most recently, Tom was Group Executive at Chase Paymentech, responsible for enterprise merchant services and their national business where he cultivated a $400 Billion portfolio. Prior to Chase Paymentech, he was Senior Vice President of Operations at Analytical Surveys where he pushed for operational excellence. He has also held other executive positions in various industries, including Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Global Delivery at Schlumberger, where he focused on integrating acquired companies. He has also held various leadership positions at EDS where he was responsible for several operational areas.
Tom has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Technology from Rockhurst College.
Christian Campbell, Executive Vice President of Business Development - Christian currently serves as Executive Vice President of Business Development for Century Payments. He is responsible for the firms overall sales and marketing strategy, the identification and recruitment of world-class brands and partners, and the firm’s plans to acquire merchants, generate revenue, and improve industry relationships. Christian has nearly two decades of experience leading a broad range of organizations as well as helping clients make fiscally responsible decisions when transforming their operations, technology, finance and payment processing environments.
Prior to Century, Christian served as Executive Vice President of National Sales for Worldpay (RBS Worldpay, RBS Lynk) where he managed the Retail, Restaurant, eCommerce and International Payments Sales verticals. In this role, his teams consistently generated over $10 billion in volume and $20 million in gross margin annually. Christian also served as Senior Vice President of National Sales for Chase Paymentech and Chase Merchant Services/First Data where he had executive responsibility for managing the Card Present and Ecommerce National Sales divisions. Prior to Chase, Christian served as Vice President of Consulting Services for Schlumberger-Sema. Christian has also held several executive level consulting positions for technology companies and the US Department of Defense.
Christian received his Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma. He is a graduate of the Air Force Officer Candidate School and served 15 years in the United States Air Force Reserve.
